Thoughts On Breeding
The list of upcoming litters on the border collie club website is getting bigger by the minute. The last time I checked there was nothing less than 18 litters in the making! For such a small country like Denmark that is a lot, specially if you want to find qualified homes for all of them.

Weblogs I follow
Many people ask me how I know so much about agility and what's going on with new training methods and so no. So since you asked here's a list of some of the blogs I find educational or inspiring.
Teaching the Tire
During the years I've practiced and taught agility I have heard about, seen and tried many ways to teach the tire - some with a better result than others. Running Contacts 5: Don't Hit the Dog With the Reward!
It's snowing again. I would love to regain my childhood joy of snow, but it's nowhere to be found. Snow or no snow we had some running contact training to do and this time with height.
Running Contacts 4: New Plank and Location
Just had our fourth session. Bob's second to be precise. Thought I might as well generalize the behavior from the beginning to other planks and environments.
Running Contacts 3: Manners Minder - Yes, please!
Did our third running contacts session today, and I do spot a trend I really don't like. Both Zap and Poncho anticipate where the reward is coming from, therefore they look over their shoulder to spot it. This means they aren't running at full speed across the plank.
